Each blend of herbs is carefully curated by my own hands. I’ve been blending plant medicine for more than a decade, selecting a pinch of this and a dash of that to develop powerful salves for the soul. As I experimented with various combinations and formulas, I prayed mightily over each one, infusing the blends with healing energy and heaps of love.

When people inquire about what I do to relax, I always reply: “I create MasterPeace products.” I’ve been abundantly blessed in my life, and this world has provided me with countless opportunities.

I’ve written NY Times bestselling books, spent almost twenty years on television, enjoyed an audience with many of Hollywood’s most notable personalities, and planted my feet on soils all over the world. But in between planes and press junkets and television shoots, I always come home to myself… and I do that through MasterPeace.

My grandmother, Rissie Harris, was a master herbalist. She could walk into any wooded area and identify every tree and bush. She knew the uses for each one and understood how to combine herbs to create internal and external remedies. I’m not certain if Grandma earned this intimate knowledge through her Native American lineage or the collection of morsels of insight from her sharecropper father. The exact details have been lost to time, but Rissie passed her wisdom down to my father, and he generously shared it with me. I studied at his feet, fascinated by the power that seemingly simple plants held in their bellies.

I’ve always believed that when you do what you love, it blesses not only you but everyone around you. That passion increases the energy and vibration of the world. These products are infused with my love and joy because that is precisely how I felt when I created them in my kitchen. They pour forth from my heart and are designed by my hand as an expression of my desire to cover you in a blanket of love, joy, and prayer.

THE INSPIRATION BEHIND MASTERPEACE BODY THERAPY

My beloved Gemmia began formulating products to support people in clearing their energy as they cleansed their bodies. Though she was my daughter, I was often her student. I marveled at her love of scents, and I cheered her on as she pursued formal studies in aromatherapy.

She learned that combinations of natural aromas could have a powerful impact on all aspects of being human (mind, emotions, physical body, and spirit), while most herbs affected only one facet of our being. Through careful study and calculation, Gemmia created MasterPeace products to shift and elevate both physical and metaphysical energy.

Gemmia ultimately left this world in God’s time, but far sooner than I desired. An avid writer, I summoned the courage to crawl into her bed and read her journals a few months after her death. One passage- in particular- struck me:

“Father, I know that you have great things ordained for me. I even know that some of the things you have planned for me, I will not be able to do in this body. This body is just physical. The greatness you have for me is of a spiritual nature, a nature that I may never find in this body.”

Gemmia passed just a few months after penning those words, transitioning on Christmas morning, 2003. Reading her words and exploring her formulas lay at the center of my healing process. I soon discovered that I could easily connect with Gemma’s energy as I worked, and that was a source of tremendous comfort for me.

Gemmia is an exquisite spirit, a shining soul, and my bright light. Her energy continues through the creation of each MasterPeace Body Therapy product, and it is through them that I celebrate her life and carry her legacy forward for her daughter. Whenever I’m formulating a new product or spreading the message of MasterPeace, I feel her presence, and I know that she is pleased that her work continues!
